There’s only one step from vine to glass. Originally from Sarthe, the land of Jasnières, it’s thanks to my many trips abroad and an immersion in the emblematic Bordeaux that I’ve been able to refine my palate and broaden my oenological horizons. I also explored the fascinating world of beers and spirits.
After working in a number of different professions, Ô Toulouse, the wine capital of the South-West, warmly welcomed me to develop my new oenology-related activities.
